In 2007, we awarded the most money in the history of the Foundation!

The Shooting Stars Foundation presented $104,500 in grants on April 24th at the Vancouver Club at their annual Stellar Celebration.  

The eleven deserving direct service HIV/AIDS organization recipients are:

• BC Persons with AIDS Society

• Western Canadian Pediatric AIDS Society

• Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation

• A Loving Spoonful

• McLaren Housing Society

• Positive Women’s Network

• ASIA - Asian Society for the Intervention of AIDS

• DTES HIV/IDU Consumers’ Board

• DTES Women’s Centre

• Wings Housing Society

• Heart of Richmond AIDS Society

In addition, $10,000 has been endowed for the future
