A spectacular auction is a key element of GAMBADO! and we pride ourselves on offering our guests an exciting and highly desirable catalogue of auction items to bid on.
The involvement of many kind donors is integral to the success of GAMBADO! and we sincerely appreciate the generosity of the many business and individuals who choose to support the Shooting Stars Foundation in this important and meaningful way.
The Event
Entering its 14th year and quickly becoming Vancouver’s preeminent dinner and auction gala event benefiting direct service HIV/AIDS agencies.
September 23, 2010 at Performance Works with dinner at the Dockside Restaurant located within the Granville Island Hotel.
Our Request:
We are asking you to donate an item – a product or service that truly represents your organization. We request creativity and innovation in your donation to maximize the value of your item, and to provide your organization increased marketing exposure.
The Benefits:
Significant exposure to a widespread, loyal, and above average income demographic. Over 200 guests will pay a premium to attend the dinner and up to 500 guests will attend the ticketed auction that follows, hosted by Global TV Senior Meteorologist Mark Madryga.
Presentation of your premium on the auction tables. We would be pleased to include any relevant marketing materials that provide increased exposure about your organization’s products or services.
Recognition and acknowledgment in the high profile GAMBADO! auction catalogue, and within our online auction preview section, www.shootingstarsfoundation.org, for one year – including a reciprocal website link to your organization.
In addition, depending on the value of the premium, you may receive complimentary advertisement space within the auction catalogue, recognition as a sponsor of the event, and/or coverage of your donated item in the live auction.
