Who we Help

At Stellar Celebration, sponsored by TRG Group Benefits & Pensions, April 21st, 2010 The Shooting Stars Foundation distributed a total of $115, 548 to thirteen local direct service HIV/AIDS organizations. The Shooting Stars Foundation produces 6 annual events to raise money to support Direct Service AIDS organizations locally. This brings the SSF total donation to $1,357,548.

 

The deserving direct service HIV/AIDS organization recipients are:

Pediatric AIDS Society), Marcie Summers (Positive Women’s Network), Alison Laing (LifeSkills Centre), Stephanie Grant (YouthCo AIDS Society), Sheena Sargeant (Vancouver Friends For Life), Peter Regier (McLaren Housing Society), Rick Marchand (The Community Based Research Centre Society), John Cameron (DTES Consumer’s Board), Janine Davies (Vice Chair Shooting Stars Foundation).
